As a Project Manager at Brillen Space Engineering, you will lead commercial and retail interior projects from planning to handover, ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, and quality execution across teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution (site to handover)
• Coordinate with design, vendors, and client stakeholders
• Prepare project schedules and track milestones
• Control budgets, BOQ tracking, and billing coordination
• Ensure quality checks, site safety, and compliance
• Maintain daily/weekly reporting and issue resolution

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil / Interior / Architecture
• 3–8 years experience in commercial interiors execution
• Strong vendor and site coordination skills
• Knowledge of BOQ, measurements, billing, and timelines
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic project tracking tools
